All sewing patterns sold on this website are digital downloads. After completing your purchase, a download link will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. No physical items will be shipped.

If you do not receive your download email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, contact us for help.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

4. Usage License

  • Small-Scale Commercial Use: You may sell finished products made using this pattern, provided your business is operated by 2 or fewer individuals. Sales at craft fairs, online platforms (like Etsy), and personal websites are allowed.

  • Large-Scale Production Prohibited: Businesses with 3 or more people are not licensed to use these patterns for commercial production.

  • Pattern Redistribution: You may not share, resell, distribute, or reproduce the pattern in any form, digital or printed. Thank you for respecting the work that goes into creating these designs.

5. Intellectual Property

All patterns, instructions, and related content are the intellectual property of Grace Ovenden Designs. Purchase grants you a personal or small-scale commercial license as described above, but not ownership of the design.
